Experienced CEO
Mr. Goins is a veteran, he served in the United States Marines. Mr. Goins has held positions of this caliber throughout his career, most recently while working for Ericsson, Black Mountain Electric, and General Dynamics over the past 20 years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for managing the construction of more than 1,700 sites in the San Francisco market. He managed the entire project lifecycle including project scoping, scheduling, resourcing, quality, cost, and change orders.
Mr. Goins spent four years prior with Black Mountain Electric, and two years previously with General Dynamics. From 2003 to 2004, he served as a Project Manager for My-Com performing management, scheduling, implementation, and technical support of cellular network rollouts for customer networks. He performed daily calls with customers as their technical advisor, providing a devoted relationship contact between the customer and the company.
Early professional experience involved five years with the current world’s largest engineering firm, Bechtel, as a Field Coordinator and Construction Manager. There, he provided installation, testing, and troubleshooting of T1 digital signals while serving as the point of contact for network outages on an around-the-clock basis. Troy Goins earned an associate degree in electrical engineering from Palomar College in 1992, followed by a bachelor’s in electronic engineering from the DeVry Institute in 2005.
